Prof. Philip Chen is Professor of Practice in Management and Strategy at HKU Business School and Independent Non-Executive Director of Hang Lung Properties Limited. A highly respected business leader, he has held senior leadership roles at Hang Lung Group, Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, Swire Pacific, and Ocean Park, with extensive experience in corporate transformation, crisis management, aviation, property, and public service.

Adjunct Professor of the Dept. of Politics and Public Administration, HKU
Former Secretary of the Civil Service and Former Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Hong Kong SAR Government
Prof. Patrick Nip is Adjunct Professor of the Department of Politics and Public Administration at The University of Hong Kong and a distinguished HKU alumnus. He joined the Administrative Service of the Hong Kong Government in 1986 and served in key leadership roles over 35 years, including Secretary for the Civil Service and Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs. Awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2022, Prof. Nip brings extensive experience in public administration, governance, crisis response, and stakeholder management.
