Mentoring at HKU Business School provides our exceptional mentors with the opportunity to give back by offering support and guidance to assigned mentees, so as to facilitate their positive development. We pair our current ambitious students with our impressive alumni according to their areas of professional interest and career aspirations. Mentors help our students grow by volunteering their time and kindness to allow them to seek advice, better understand “the real world”, and gain a head-start in their professional working lives. Conversation topics between our mentors and mentees often include career planning, industry insights, professional development, time management, and more.
